Keane’s Club – Sell Your Clubs Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Keane’s Club. By submitting your golf clubs for sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Quote Estimates

All initial quotes provided by Keane’s Club are estimates based on the information, descriptions, and photos submitted by the seller. Final offers are determined after physical inspection of the items upon arrival.

2. Condition & Accuracy

By submitting your clubs, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

  • Any damage, wear, or defects have been disclosed

If items differ significantly from the original description, Keane’s Club reserves the right to revise the final offer accordingly.

3. Inspection Process

All items received will be inspected for:

  • Authenticity

  • Condition

  • Completeness

Keane’s Club documents all received items with photos and/or video for verification and quality assurance purposes.

4. Final Offer & Acceptance

After inspection, a final offer will be provided. The seller may:

  • Accept the offer and receive payment

  • Decline the offer and request return of the item(s)

If no response is received within 5 business days, Keane’s Club reserves the right to:

  • Issue payment at the revised offer amount, or

  • Donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the item(s)

5. Payment Terms

Payments will be issued within 24–48 hours of offer acceptance via approved payment methods, including:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Other agreed-upon methods

Keane’s Club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Sellers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during transit

  • Keane’s Club is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging

  • If a prepaid label is provided, it must be used according to instructions

7. Return Shipping

If a seller declines the final offer:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller

  • Items will be returned only after payment for return shipping is received

8. Right to Refuse Items

Keane’s Club reserves the right to refuse or reject any items that are:

  • Counterfeit or non-authentic

  • Excessively damaged

  • Not as described

9. Ownership & Authorization

By submitting items, the seller confirms that:

  • They are the legal owner of the equipment

  • They have full authorization to sell the items

Keane’s Club is not responsible for any disputes related to ownership.

10. Market Value Adjustments

Golf equipment values may fluctuate based on market demand. Final offers may reflect current resale value at the time of inspection.

11. Limitation of Liability

Keane’s Club is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused during shipping due to improper packaging

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or payment providers

12. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your clubs to Keane’s Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
